At the core of the Nigeria Campus Queen event is a highly skilled, creative, and strategic team from BullBell Africa Project Limited.
Our leadership combines experience in project management, youth empowerment, entertainment planning, branding, and campus engagement across Nigeria.

Funso Jide Adekunle
President / Executive Director

As the President and Executive Director, Funso Jide Adekunle provides the overall strategic vision and leadership for the Nigeria Campus Queen event.
He oversees planning, decision-making, partnerships, and ensures that NCQ maintains its national standard as a youth-focused empowerment platform.
His leadership anchors the event’s mission of promoting education, culture, confidence, and leadership among young women across Nigerian campuses.

Key Roles:

Strategic planning & direction

Approval of major decisions & partnerships

Oversight of all departments and NCQ sub-committees

Representation of BullBell Africa in official engagements

Timothy Atobatele
Vice President (Operations) & Budget Controller

Timothy Atobatele serves as the operational backbone of the NCQ organising structure.
He supervises the entire operations workflow, coordinates internal activities, and ensures that every planning stage meets the required standard.
As Budget Controller, he manages financial planning, cost evaluation, and expenditure monitoring to maintain accountability and efficiency.

Operational strategy & coordination

Oversight of timelines and deliverables

Budget creation, approval and financial tracking

Vendor, logistics, and resource management

Josephine Nwachukwu
Brand Development Lead & Contestant Welfare Coordinator

Josephine Nwachukwu leads all creative, brand-related, and contestant-support aspects of the NCQ platform.
She is responsible for developing the brand identity, visual style, and experience of the event while ensuring contestants enjoy a safe, supportive, and empowering journey from audition to grand finale.

Key Roles:

Brand development & creative direction

Coordination of contestant orientation and support

Welfare management throughout training, camp, rehearsals & event

Ensuring a positive and professional contestant experience

Eze Okocha
Publicity, Media & Communications Lead

Eze Okocha Eze drives the public image and visibility of the Nigeria Campus Queen event.
He manages media relations, digital campaigns, publicity strategies, and nationwide campus outreach to ensure that NCQ is widely recognised and engaged across institutions, partners, sponsors, and the general public.

Key Roles:

Publicity, PR & nationwide media engagement

Social media strategy, announcements & press coordination

Content creation for marketing materials

Campus outreach, audience engagement, and influencer communication
